This is one of the reasons you feel so euphoric and invincible after Yoga because you are moving in all the directions the spine craves with the breath. 

Doing a simple half sun salutation will cover these movements as long as you move with intention, remembering to plant your feet into the ground, extend through the crown of the head and hug into your spine.

There are other ways to get these movements in including rounds of cat cows, seated side bends, and floor twists.

I remember a time where I couldn’t find a Matcha a I remember a time where I couldn’t find a Matcha anywhere now they’re on every corner, but they’re not always pure or organic or they’re overly sweet and heavy. 

I find myself making them more at home these days. Anyone relate?

When you’re craving a sweet and refreshing boost of afternoon balanced energy, but don’t want all the nasty syrups and fake milks. Try a Matcha with coconut water. So good. Not all powders are created equal. I like a an organic ceremonial grade. 👌

When you mix whole quality ingredients it’s easy to make deliciously nourishing snacks that help you to flourish. 

This one hits the hormone, blood sugar, and protein goals plus your kids will love them too. 

Here’s the Recipe:
1 heaping overflowing cup glyphosate-free organic oats
1 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1 cup peanut butter (it helps when it’s a new jar so it’s nice and soft at room temp)
2 tbs maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Sprinkles of cinnamon and sea salt.
Mix the wet ingredients together then add the dry ingredients together and combine. Top with flakey salt.
Smash it and roll it up into balls cool in fridge and store in glass container in fridge.
