  • One of the hardest, bravest and most powerful things you can do in your life is to commit to yourself that you deserve to be as HEALTHY+ HAPPY as possible. 

It means taking care of yourself in a way you may never have before. Regardless of what anyone else thinks. 

Things will come up.

This level of commitment creates a ripple affect and every area of your life that needs transforming will be revealed to you. You may notice patterns in relationships that you need to let go of. You may be faced with the reality that habits you go to for comfort are harming you and need to be replaced with new ones that actually make you feel good. It might lead to a complete shift in a career choice you thought you wanted with all your heart.

Challenges will come up where you will feel weak BUT because of this commitment you will gain the strength you need to grow into the person you came here to be and do what you came here to do. 

Sometimes the process can feel slow. You might have to go through situations again and again until you finally get it…

The commitment keeps you on track. 

The commitment to yourself is where the Magic is. In it, you become one with nature, so connected to Spirit and the truth becomes evident. 

If no one has ever told you before, I’m telling you now, You Deserve This. You deserve to be as free, healthy and happy as you ever thought possible. It is your birthright. 
Now is the time to step into the fullness, the gifts, the greatness that you are. And have the most rewarding journey of your life. In THIS is true contentment and the power to change the world.

  • In which of Earths elements do you feel most re-charged? Earth, Fire, Air or Water?

Do you become a fish in water or does running barefoot make your heart sing? Does pondering under a star filled night or does sunset sungazing soothe your soul?

Nature gives us so many opportunities to connect with her beauty, energy and peace. It helps to know where to go in those moments of stress or depletion to draw on her grace and strength. Creating a ritual around or being intentional about nourishing yourself in your particular element is more important than ever.

For me, it’s all about the sun and earth. Being in nature and feeling the warm sun on my skin nourishes my body and soul. When it’s warm out I feel confident and invincible. 
Planting my bare feet on the earth or hugging a tree feeds my soul, makes me feel free as a child, safe and alive. 
I’m happy watching the water from the warm sand and keeping my feet stationed on the earth.

Start by looking back on a time when or where you felt most at peace and full of health, gratitude and love. Where were you? Who were you with? What were you doing? What did you body feel like? What elements surrounded you? There are also many clues in your birth chart.

  • Power up with the POWER walk. 💥 

Key 🔑 No longer than 25 mins. 25 minutes is all you need to get your heart rate up and to see results. It will leave you feeling energized instead of depleted and it’s short enough that you can commit to doing it everyday! Engage your core, hold strong posture, firm you butt and gooo! If you can strap your child into a stroller, even better. Push that stroller and walk as fast as you can (even jog at times if it feels good). 

🔑 Try and go first thing in the morning and wear a hat and NO SUNGLASSES. That unfiltered morning light will regulate your circadian rhythm to help you sleep at night and helps your body produce vitamin D.

  • Candida anyone? If you’ve suffered with symptoms of candida overgrowth like yeast infections you know how devastating it can feel especially when it seems like nothing is helping you. Searching for remedies, herbs, diets, books can start to feel overwhelming and take over you life…

I understand, because that was me 🙋🏻‍♀️ 
I suffered from massive yeasts infection every month for years. I tried herbs, elimination diets and read countless books and nothing worked…

It wasn’t until I shifted my mindset that things started to change for me. Shifting from trying to “kill” candida and trying to “eliminate” certain foods to instead nourishing and loving my body right where it was at. Understanding that candida was not my enemy but an essential component to balancing my blood sugar. Also feeding myself an abundance of healthy and healing foods, properly combined, that made me feel good. 

I began to see food differently. I was eating a paleo style diet at the time because I thought that the elimination of grains and sugar was the answer. I also thought I needed to eat meat in order to be healthy because that’s what I was told.

When I started my research and learned that others where thriving on a plant-based died full of fruit in abundance I was dumbfounded. 
Could this work?! It was literally the diet of my dreams but I didn’t think it was possible….

Then I took the leap, eliminated all animal products, eggs, dairy, meat and gluten and instead filled up on a whole food and plant-based diet and my life was transformed. I learned how to properly food combine so that I could enjoy fruit and foods I loved. This diet and lifestyle changed my life!! All yeast infections GONE (for 8 years now) and even my symptoms from Hashimotos have gone down (with zero medication).
