Come along as I explore Eat Drink Vegan’s Beer and Food Festival 2017!
It was my first time attending and I ran into so many other vegan YouTubers and bloggers! This is a super quick video I put together to share a glimpse into what it’s like at the Rosebowl event, even though there was SO much I left out and so many other people that I didn’t include…I’ve got to work on balancing enjoying the event and filming at the same time…haha! New Video! My Lunch with David + Sunrise Morning Routine!

I have been meaning to get this video out for a few weeks now and I’m excited to share with you my lunch with Kundalini yoga teacher and fellow gluten-free vegan David Piazza!! He has been inspiring me with his transformational morning routine which is all about getting in at least one hour of mediation (which can be anything from prayer to arts and crafts) and then 2 hours of personal creative work all before the sunrises!! He starts his day off at 3:30 am and by the time most people are “off to work” he has already accomplished so much!

Farmers Market + Grocery Haul!

So yeah…

I’m kinda always at the Farmers Market…sometimes 2 x per week! Not always though 🙂

I do love seeing whats in season and getting meal ideas. It’s actually really fun! So fun, I made a little video about it, which isn’t the first…or the last video I will make about this place! This week I visited the Silverlake Farmers Market on a HOT Tuesday afternoon!

Day 22: Vanilla Bean

Vanilla is a fragrant herb and spice that is used in foods, essential oils and aromatherapy. Not only does it taste yummy and smell delicious, it has many health benefits. Here are a few…
  1. The aromatic stimulation can calm anxiety, enhance your mood and act as an aphrodisiac.
  2. Vanilla Bean can increase mental performance because of it’s anti-infalmitory effects and antioxidants.
  3. It aids in digestion and can help alleviate nausea.
I stopped by one of my favorite vegan spots in LA today, Cafe Gratitude, to try some vanilla treats. I had a superfood smoothie with kale, coconut, almond butter and vanilla bean and a chocolate, almond, coconut, vanilla truffle! Needless to say, they were both delicious! I think I will be incorporating more vanilla into my diet! 🙂
